The Minister for Finance and Economic Affairs, Hon. Mustafa Mkulo (MP), presented the Budget Speech and Economic Status (the estimates of the Government Revenue and expenditure for financial year 2011/12) to the National Assembly on 8th June 2011 in Dodoma.
